DID YOU KNOW?Blood plasma volume increases by approximately 6% in the first trimester, 18-29% between 14-27 weeks and 40-50% by the end of the third trimester. That’s almost a one and a half times increase in blood volume!
YOU NEED HYDRATION TO:- Provide the water needed to form the amniotic fluid that surrounds and cushions your baby - hydration directly affects the amniotic fluid
- Produce the additional blood supply to your circulation and support your expanding plasma volume
- Produce the additional blood supply needed to support baby’s circulation
- Improve your digestion and aid in absorption of water-soluble vitamins
- Carry the additional (and required) nutrients from your diet
- Eliminating waste products
- Maintain your body temperature
- Ensure there is enough reserve to tolerate blood loss during delivery
- Urine (filtered through the kidneys) : the kidneys become slightly larger in pregnancy with an increase blood flow rate and hence increase urine production during pregnancy.
- Sweat (through your skin) : increased sweating during pregnancy
- Breathing (through the respiratory system) : there is an increased respiratory rate in pregnancy and hence increase loss of water
- Bowel motions (through the digestive system) : increased nutrient and energy requirements for pregnant women and lactating women leads to increased food intake. Water is the carrier of these nutrients

REPLACE LOST FLUIDSLactating women need to replace fluid lost in breastmilk to maintain hydration. Water accounts for 87% of breastmilk. Breastfeeding women produce (on average) 780ml per day for the first 6 months which is equivalent to 700ml of water. This is why a breastfeeding woman needs to drink 700ml above the above the normal daily requirements to maintain hydration

Super cute bottle and love that it’s not plastic! Tried the sour gummy flavour so far and it was yum!! The only let down was that two of the flavours in the samples were missing due to being sold out, got a note saying they’ll be sent out later on so hoping they do still eventually get sent out & not forgotten so I can try those flavours too as they were the flavours I was wanting to try. hydration powders are great - the ones that i received anyway, only got 4 out of 6 and the other two that were supposed to be sent once in stock have not arrived. the drink bottle is ok, good size etc however the straw does not fit in the straw hole meaning you have to drink it by gulping. as someone who prefers drinking from a straw this is quite disappointing given it should have the ability for both options Edited to add - they have replaced my drink bottle with a new one and it is perfect, love the dual straw/gulp feature without having to open or close anything in between. Great customer service, just placed an order for more powders so I can fill my new favourite drink bottle!

Especially now in my postpartum breastfeeding journey I look forward to drinking water now coz it tastes so good!!

I got this bundle for my Daughter in law in WA, as she was suffering badly from morning sickness and I live in Queensland. So i saw it on Facebook and read about it, so i thought that it would help her through this period. This is my first Grandchild and can't be over in WA so i thought the next best thing was to get her some to try. So far her parcel has just arrived and she has tried the Sour Apple and she said that it tasted good and so far the nausea has not surfaced today so it's a good day for her. I just hope this continues and she can start to get some more energy and start to enjoy this pregancy. So only time will tell.
My order arrived in less than a week to FNQ which was AMAZING and the flavors are delicious, sour berry, sour apple and tropical are all so yummy and refreshing 😍 I only regret not buying this sooner!

TOTALLY OBSESSED! Hydrobump has made a huge difference to my milk supply! I was getting colostrum from 30 weeks in my pregnancy and totally think hydrobump had EVERYTHING to do with it, and gave me a great start to my breastfeeding journey. And it’s delicious! Sour berry and sour grape are my favourite. Can guarantee Hydrobump is a product you DON’T want to run out of.
Hydro bump is a great addition to trying to keep up my hydration while throwing up constantly throughout early pregnancy - I only my wish I’d had it with my first! The only thing that I wish is for the flavour to be slightly stronger - I put a sachet in a litre of water and it’s just slightly too light on flavour in my opinion. Otherwise, fantastic - I’ll be ordering again soon!

utterly obsessed with these flavours! i used to struggle to drink enough water during the day, especially while breastfeeding but these have made it so much easier to increase my daily water intake. so tasty!
I loved the discount bundle to try some different flavours for my first order! My favourites were the sour apple and mixed berry 😍 my favourite way to prepare it is to mix the powder with a bit of tap water then add heaps of ice and cold water for a super refreshing drink 👌🏼 definitely helps with my breastmilk supply having one of these per day. I definitely notice a difference on days I don’t have one! Will continue to purchase and am excited to try some new flavours! ✨

Good value bundle! I LOVE the sour berry and sour gummy, not a massive fan of the sour apple. Strawberries and cream and watermelon are both pretty good.

Absolutely love the flavours!! I’ve tried other pregnancy hydration drinks and none of them even come close to Hydrabump. I specifically love the sour flavours they are my absolute favourite. Especially now in my postpartum breastfeeding journey I look forward to drinking water now coz it tastes so good!!

I got this bundle for my Daughter in law in WA, as she was suffering badly from morning sickness and I live in Queensland. So i saw it on Facebook and read about it, so i thought that it would help her through this period. This is my first Grandchild and can't be over in WA so i thought the next best thing was to get her some to try. So far her parcel has just arrived and she has tried the Sour Apple and she said that it tasted good and so far the nausea has not surfaced today so it's a good day for her. I just hope this continues and she can start to get some more energy and start to enjoy this pregancy. So only time will tell.
My order arrived in less than a week to FNQ which was AMAZING and the flavors are delicious, sour berry, sour apple and tropical are all so yummy and refreshing 😍 I only regret not buying this sooner!

TOTALLY OBSESSED! Hydrobump has made a huge difference to my milk supply! I was getting colostrum from 30 weeks in my pregnancy and totally think hydrobump had EVERYTHING to do with it, and gave me a great start to my breastfeeding journey. And it’s delicious! Sour berry and sour grape are my favourite. Can guarantee Hydrobump is a product you DON’T want to run out of.
Hydro bump is a great addition to trying to keep up my hydration while throwing up constantly throughout early pregnancy - I only my wish I’d had it with my first! The only thing that I wish is for the flavour to be slightly stronger - I put a sachet in a litre of water and it’s just slightly too light on flavour in my opinion. Otherwise, fantastic - I’ll be ordering again soon!
