  • Carrier: We use the lowest-cost, reliable carrier available at the time of your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

    • Remote & rural areas: 2–7 business days

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Express Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post Express

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Typically next business day within the Express Post network

    • Outside the Express Post network, delivery is as fast as possible using Australia Post’s express service

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.
