Returns

Short description.

 

At HydroBump, the health and wellbeing of our community is our highest priority. Our products are specially formulated and designed for a sensitive demographic of pregnant and postpartum women. For this reason, we have a strict no returns and no exchanges policy.

Why we do not accept returns:

 

  • Health & Safety Standards: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled. To protect our customers, we cannot reintroduce returned products back into our inventory.
  • Sensitive Demographic: Because our hydration powders are specifically created for pregnant and postpartum women, we uphold the strictest safety measures to ensure the integrity and quality of every item sold.

All Sales Are Final. 

All purchases made through HydroBump (online or through authorised stockists) are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or if the product has been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hydrobump.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or providing another suitable solution.
